We are honoured by your visit to our fair Imperium, and are grateful to have been noticed by such a venerable nation.

We offer our congratulations on the occasion of your sharing the first Wiki Week prize, even though the prize on offer was offered without our knowledge or consent, and flies in the face of the assurances made here only few days ago by the Administrator General of the MCS himself.

Happily it is not unknown for personal ownership and national sovereignty to co-exist, so we would be delighted to offer you citizenship here so allow to you to take possession of your prize with a mutually acceptable degree of political autonomy if so desired.

As your prize is shared you are welcome to invite your co-winner here, as we may well be able offer suitable alternative territories if sharing does not work for you.
