    Dear Emperor,
We regret to announce that, due to your nation's recent lack of forum activity (that of zero posts a day* - due to information taken from the ForumList) for three or more consecutive months, we are politely warning you that your nation's claim on Micras will be removed.

As per our organisation's charter, we reserve the right to remove any nations which reach this level of inactivity.

However, your nation's previous land will remain unclaimable by any other nation for a period of one month (from the time of the map update which includes your nation's removal). If your nation's activity returns to that of an average of over one post a day during that month, your nation may reclaim its lost land. If your nation's activity does not reach this level, the land your nation previously claimed will be free to be claimed by any nation.

    Yours sincerely,
    The MCS Staff

    * - Although your ForumList data shows more posts than this, we have noticed that all posts (bar one) in the past three months have been automated messages welcoming new members who have made no contribution to the forum.

    Dear Craitman,

We would be grateful if you could indicate to us which parts of the MCS charter, to which we have signed up, state that forum members must make contributions to a member's forum, or which exclude certain types of post from the official average postcount.

Automated welcome messages are considered to be spam by the Council as they serve no purpose whatsoever culturally. Activity is viewed as being qualitative as well as quantitative. For example, if a nation had died and become a spambots' playground, getting over the 1PPD required, the nation would still be removed as they would be getting no real activity. The same has been noticed with Imperium Incognita, with prolonged activity consisting of only automated welcome messages.

This is in no way a sudden and unreasonable removal as this has been going-on for some time and you even had a reduction for inactivity a few months back.

The MCS would lose its integrity if it allowed Imperium Incognita (or any other nations receiving no activity - you may have noticed a large number of removals the past couple of months actually) to remain on Micras.

That ought to be mentioned in the charter then.

For the record, the relevant map update mentioned above which includes this nation's removal was published on August 6th. The "month of grace" consequently expires on September 5th.

It has been a long-lasting, general understanding amongst the MCS and micronations alike that spam does not constitute activity.

You are indeed correct about Imperium Incognita's "grace" period and that time will be respected by the Council in relation to any future claims by any nations.

As today is last day of our "month of grace", I've counted up all the "non-spam"posts (excluding this one) during that period as follows:
    TE-TOT - 3
    TA - 30
    TA-CM - 5
    [Total: 38]

The average PPD for those 31 days is 1.2258. As this meets your criteria of exceeding an average of 1, we will now reclaim our lost land as you invited us to do so.
